The Chilterns Dog Rescue Society was formed in 1963 to rescue unwanted and homeless dogs and to provide accommodation until such time as permanent homes can be found.
Since the Society was formed over 15,000 dogs have been successfully homed and we currently re-home approximately 500 dogs a year.
No dog, whatever size, age, temperament or background is ever refused help and the Chilterns Dog Rescue Society prides itself in that no dog is ever needlessly destroyed.
