During the research prior to launching this site it very quickly became apparent how difficult it was to find a contact address, telephone number or email address for many charitable organisations.
This included many of the "national" organisations who had clearly spent a lot of money on expensive web sites. When we did find contact email addresses more than 20% of them were invalid.
If you have a web site and want to attract supporters then please make sure your contact information is easy to find and up to date.
