You should include a name and contact number, or email address, together with details of the type of help you are looking for.
If you have a Word document (or similar) we will place it online for viewers to download free of charge. Just forward a copy to our admin email address.
Please note that you are not allowed to make requests for monetary donations. Any messages containing such requests will not be published.
